Your working environment:
- First point of contact for our customers in application support
- Support, advice and care for our customers by phone, email or in person
- Development and presentation of solution proposals
- In coordination with the customer, discussion and creation of new processes and requirements
- Bringing about clarifications, if necessary in cooperation with the Second LevelSupport, the colleagues from IT or Development
- Testing of internally developed programs including feedback to development
- If necessary, preparation of the associated documentation
- Support in conducting training courses with colleagues or customers
- Active participation in the implementation of our software
