- Successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other technical products
- Network, hardware and software knowledge (LAN, WLAN, firewall, VPN) as well as very good knowledge with virtualization technologies
- High customer and service orientation as well as pleasure in working with users and in a team
- Communication skills and service awareness
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
- Independent and structured way of working
- Class B driver's license
